The Firm’s Business Model is made up of the following SPVs/ Subsidiaries: Global Investment and Trade Company (GITC), IT-Empire Agric and Agro Allied Limited, IT-Empire Solid Minerals Limited, IT-Empire Energy Solutions Limited, and IT-Empire Digital Solutions Limited, which are all located in Nigeria.
In addition, IT-Empire General Trading LLC, which is an international mercantile Company located and operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates: is also an SPV of GITC
