Dr. Charles Mgbe is a highly experienced Trusted Business Advisor and Practice Leader with over 30 years academic, research and consulting experience in business strategy, organizational restructuring and development, institutional capacity building, business transformation, people and change management.

He served, for a long time, with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a leading global consulting firm as Director and Practice Leader for Nigeria and West Africa provided business advisory/support services for various organizations and businesses across industry sectors with tangible and verifiable results.

A few of the high profile indigenous and multinational organizations in both the private and public sectors that Dr. Charles Mgbe has advised/is advising and supporting include; DANGOTE Group, MTN Group, Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Company (NLNG), SHELL, EXXON-MOBIL, MRS Oil and Gas, Africa Petroleum-AP (now Forte oil), Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Development bank of Nigeria (DBN), Access Bank, Union Bank, Providus Bank, Ghana Airport Concession and Commercialization Project, COSCHARIS Group, United Nations Children’s Emergency Fund (UNIICEF), Department for International Development (DFID), British Council, Ford Foundation, Budget Office of the Federation of Nigeria, Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), etc.

Charles has a first degree in Sociology, master’s degree in industrial Sociology, work and occupations and Ph.D. in Organizational Studies. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and a Certified Practitioner of Saville and Thomas International Psychometric Assessment System.
