He served, for a long time, with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a leading global consulting firm as Director and Practice Leader for Nigeria and West Africa provided business advisory/support services for various organizations and businesses across industry sectors with tangible and verifiable results.

Charles has a first degree in Sociology, master’s degree in industrial Sociology, work and occupations and Ph.D. in Organizational Studies. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and a Certified Practitioner of Saville and Thomas International Psychometric Assessment System.
